Return Policy
Due to the limited edition nature of some of the prints, all sales are final unless there is significant damage. We carefully package all our orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with clear photos of the impacted items. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement.
Please follow our return process:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@spirallart.com. Our customer service team will provide you with return authorization information.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and inserts.
- Attach the provided return label to the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at any USPS location
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply.
